Margaret Scurlock, Lorna Sambor, and Lila Fannik were supper guests on Friday evening with Kenneth and Eloise Richmond of Ryder.

This evening, Thursday, April 1, there will be a Yellow Ribbon Suicide Prevention Program Training Session at the Max School from 6:30 – 8:30 P.M. This is open to the public and is being presented by the McLean Family Resource Center.

The next Civic Club meeting will be held Monday, April 12th., at 6:30. For those interested in joining, the dues are annually at $20. for an individual; $30 for a couple; and $50 for a business, for two persons. The Max Civic Club promotes many community activities and services, among which are the Max-Garrison Ambulance service; Pasta Days; Santa Day; Cub Scouts and they are also responsible for the monthly community calendar you receive in your mail. Civic Club sponsors and supports many other activities and services too.

Regular monthly Civic Club meetings are held the second Monday of each month.

The Immaculate Conception Church spaghetti dinner will be held on Sunday, April 18th. from 11:30 – 2:00.
