Lila Fannik enjoyed the weekend at Ladies’ Bible Camp at Camp Bentley at Drake.

Shortly after returning home from Camp, Lila had guests at her home! Cousins Alice Skorick from Arizona, Joyce Volochenko from Minot, and Delores Rygh, from Turtle Lake visited with Lila. Also visiting with Lila then was Alice Dvirnak and daughter-in-law Karen Dvirnak; Kay Dvirnak and daughter-in-law Sally Dvirnak all from Killdeer. Also visiting at Lila’s with all the relatives was Ed. Fannik of Max.

Please have all flowers removed from the graves at the Max Baptist Cemetery by July 8 th.

This Thursday, today, the Library in Max is having the trunk presentation by the Knife River Indian Villages. This will be at 2:00 P.M. There are many interesting items to see.

Next Thursday, June 24 th, is “Where They Went and How They Got There” at the Max Library. There will be Lewis and Clark trivia and the children will be making covered wagons from all the milk cartons that have been donated. And thank you Max Stolt for donating the wheels. Thank you everyone who donated other project materials.
