McKenzie Hauf, infant daughter of Amy and Patrick Hauf, was baptized on Sunday at St. Matthew’s Church in Max. A potluck dinner followed the service. Allen and Holly Kersten were her sponsors.

The Senior Citizen’s Christmas Dinner held this past Sunday at the Maverick Room was very well attended, with a good 3 dozen people there. Wayne and Bonnie did a good job of serving and the food was very good. Ethel Hauf accompanied the group while they sang Christmas Carols. A fun game was played where the wrapped White Elephant gifts were passed about; Max Stolt had several readings; and Wayne sang several songs. They all had a lot of fun!

There will be a baby shower for McKenzie Hauf this Saturday, January 15 th, at 2:00 at St. Matthew’s Church in Max.
