Max News 6-27-05 Summer reading today, June 30, from 2 to 3 P.M. at the library. Today's theme is Knights and Castles and we will be making catapults! Tomorrow, Friday, July 1 at 7:00 P.M. Our Savior's Lutheran Bible School children will be having their program at the church. There was a very large crowd attending the Max Elevator Meeting this evening, Monday. St. Matthew's Lutheran Church ladies served a delicious meal. Major Davina French of Bismarck spoke and showed slides of her time in Iraq. She was six days short of spending a year in Iraq and had many interesting facts and emotions to share. Major French is with the #957 Multi-Role Bridge Company. Watch for updates in the souvenir section of the Max web-site soon. New items have been ordered and new items have arrived. A complete order blank with pictures of all these items will be included with the mailing going out to Max School Alumni this coming month. "My father used to play with my brother and me in the yard.
