Max News 7-4-05 This Friday, July 8th is the monthly Max Senior Citizens' meeting at 2:00. Come join! This coming Sunday, July 10th, will be the Tenth Bi-Annual Olson's Cousins Reunion at the Max City Park. This begins at 1:00 and is a potluck. Come and visit. Civic Club will be held Monday evening, July 11th at 7:30. Starting on that Monday, the 11th, Bechtold Paving will be in Max to seal coat all of the City streets. Please keep all vehicles off the streets so this project can be completed. They expect to work the whole week on this project so keep your vehicles off the streets the whole week too. Summer Reading at the Max Public Library on July 14th from 2 to 3 will be "Royal Romps". The July 28th. 2 to 3 o'clock time will be "Magical Mayhem". Come see what it is all about! Their Summer Reading picnic and program is planned for Thursday, August 4th. Any updates will be in this news column. A few reminders: Writers are needed to help write out family and business histories that have been sent in. All information and pictures for the Centennial book are due in by February 1, 2006. A cover design is still needed for the Alumni book. Advertise, advertise......buy an ad to put in the books!
