Max News 8-22-05 Lila Fannik and Margaret Scurlock joined many other friends and relatives at the International Inn at Minot to celebrate the 50th wedding anniversary of Norman and Fern Batterberry. It was nice to meet the children and grandchildren. We all enjoyed reminiscing, eating delicious food, and listening to the music. Mr. Batterberry was the Superintendent of Schools at Max for twenty-nine years. Mrs. Batterberry taught the Special Education class. We wish them continued health and happiness.
