The Dr. Pepper Plunge contest is still on. The pop can with its straw is still standing. Don’t forget to buy your tickets and put your guesses on them as to when you think the pop can will fall through the ice. Many cash prizes.

If you, your family, or your business is interested in having their name on one or more of the banners going on the poles on Main Street, please contact Edwin Schmidt as soon as possible as these need to be ordered.

If you are interested in purchasing the Max History Book, you may do so by prepaying $20 plus $5 shipping if you want it mailed. This must be done by May 15 th. After that the price will be going up. Mail your checks to Max Centennial at P.O. Box #233, making them out to Max Centennial.

There is still a need for volunteers to clean Main Street following the evening dances. Families, groups, classes etc. are all welcome to do this.

Tomorrow, Friday March 10 th is the noon potluck and monthly meeting at the Max Senior Citizens’ Center.

Monday, March 13 th is the Max Civic Club Fish Fry at 6:30. The next Monday March 20 th is another Centennial meeting at 7:30. Time’s a flying!
