By now you will have received the yellow community calendar for the month of April. There is a correction about the Senior Citizens meeting as we are now into the spring/summer schedule where the meeting and the potluck are held on separate days. The April meeting will be held at 2:00 on Friday, April 11th. The April potluck will be held at 6 p.m. on Friday, April 25th.
Don't forget to attend the Senior Citizens breakfast on Sunday, April 20th. More information on this at a later date.
Edward and Idamae Hauf enjoyed spending the Easter week-end with their son, Jim at Maplewood, MN. Joining them for dinner on Easter Sunday were Steve and Tami Hauf and family of Sabin, MN and Brenda and Brian Reister of Waconia, MN.
This coming Sunday, April 6th., there will be a 6 o'clock church service at the Max Baptist Church. Try to attend. This church has had events each month this winter.
The very next Sunday, April 13th., the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Max is having their Spring Buffet dinner from 11 to 1:30.
On Easter Monday evening the Edward Haufs attended a Middle Level Festival Orchestra concert at Orchestra Hall in Minneapolis where their grandson, Austin, played viola with the Moorhead Middle School orchestra. Austin is the son of Steve and Tami Hauf.
Little Hoppers Daycare one mile south of Max has full and part time openings. Call Jessica Henne at 679-2256 or 661-0240. This daycare is going to be added as another business on the Max website.
